Woo! I'm finished my first granny square! Yay! I am so proud of myself! I've been working on and off since Friday and I am really happy with how my square turned out! Now I have 29 more to go!

My sister and I learned how to make granny squares from a wonderful lady named Raven. My sisters squares where perfect and I gave up (bruised ego) but I started again last winter and I've got about 30 squares sitting in a bag ... not I just need to figure out how to put them together lol
Yeah I've got 3 squares now :) 27 to go! but then I'll be in the same boat... It should be interesting because so far my squares arn't so square :) I guess my blanket will have character..
That's awesome! I don't think i'm talented enough to do that. I really want to see how your blanket turns out...a little character will be good ;-)
